Hi Everyone,
Plastic pollution continues to be in the headline. To continue sharing Thailand's circularity in plastics featured in our Dec 2020 issue, in this issue of the newsletter, we focus on entrepreneurship featuring large corporations such as SCG, SMEs such as AJ Plast, and startups such as CirPlas. We obtained our insights from site visits and interviews with industry leaders on the ground. We have found SMEs and start-ups are moving fast in closing the loop. Large corporations have set ambitious targets and have started the transition of their business focus for sustainability.
We ended Q1 2021 with the Circular Economy Leadership & Partnership (CELP) initiative on 17-18 March 2021 in Bangkok. Stay tuned with us in the next issue for a deep dive into CELP Summit 2021.
